What do you expect this building to be? I think it’s not easy to guess ;)
So let me help you: It’s the modern designed steeple of ‘Pfarrkirche Floridsdorf’, a church at Vienna’s twenty-first district. Maybe they got it a little bit to modern?

The new year is already eleven days old but I have to admit that it’s hard to get pick up pace. I became a bit too lazy over the last two vacation weeks .. hm … so it’s time to move forward! Todays picture shows the motto for the rest of the year: ‘The only way is up!’

Get to speed! Your’s Andrew >:o)

Today we visited Viennas ‘Haus des Meeres’ (engl: House of the Sea) –  a public aquarium in Vienna. Here you see a sea anemone with really nice colors.

All fish tanks are well maintained again now, much better than last year!

We had dense fog tonight and on my way home I passed this narrow path …. a somehow spooky place …. suddenly I heard a scary sound from behind …. like a dog or a wolf … and I started to walk faster ……….

Have a good night and sleep well, Yours Andrew >;o)

_1060022As you can see – art is everywhere! This cool pipe-graffiti I found on a concrete wall of a water maintenance compartment. The nearby schools children found a smart way to transform the ugly  looking wall into a great pice of art … unbelievable!

Many thanks to them and best regards to you,
Andrew >:o)

My neighbor has a mouse-problem, so he set some mouse traps around his house and as you see – Gotcha!
But don’t worry about the cute fellow – he has just been migrated to a place far away from the house. We don’t kill mice in Austria ;)

Sleep well, Andrew >:o)
