Photographer and Model – shadows only ….
CU tomorrow, Andrew >:o)
Today we had one of our photo-walks at the zoo and todays picture shows a very close view to one of our zebras. We met a lot of people photographing with really big cameras and more bigger zoom-lenses, which reminds me of the time before my Olympus OM-D :)
Great sunday evening to you all, Andrew >:o)
Perfectly lit old building in the first district of Vienna, vis-á-vis from St Stephen’s Cathedral and Haas House. I believe this house is owned by ‘Bank Austria’. It is top renovated and looks very well-kept.
BTW – I haven’t used any HDR-tricks to get this picture look like that – I swear!
Nice weekend to you, Andrew >:o)
This evening I got a very special view on the ‘Riesenrad’ (giant wheel) which is one of Vienna’s most popular tourist attractions. Since 2011 a special light-solution – based on color LED’s – has been installed and gives an incredible look.
Servus from Vienna, Andrew >:o)
Today’s picture is taken at the bottom of stairs leading up the ‘Donaukanal’ (Danube canal) which is a former arm of the river Danube, now regulated as a water channel and borders Vienna’s city centre.
And also if you can not see what’s waiting for you at the top of the stairs – it’s clear that here the only way is up!
Heads up folks and nice evening to you,
Andrew >:o)
Todays picture shows Vienna’s underground station ‘Schottenring’ which reminds me of the famous movie ‘Metropolis’ directed by Fritz Lang, released in 1927.
Sleep well!
